Fireplace Fall Decor

It’s officially October, which means if you haven’t been in the Fall spirit up until now then it’s definitely inevitable this month! Halloween, Pumpkin Patches, Hayrides, Scary Movies, and Decorating! I’m kicking things off by decorating my fireplace in fall decor. We’re now settled into our apartment, and this is the one project I’ve been most excited about.

In our old house, we had a vintage brick fireplace with no fire! So now that we have the real deal in the new place, I’ve already been lighting the fire at night.

Much like the entryway shelf, I wanted to include decor that was flexible and could stay in place on the mantle for a long time. The black round mirror and long candlestick holders were perfect for this. When Fall is over, I’ll leave these up as the decor.

The white vase is another versatile element. I’m loving the burgundy fall-inspired faux flowers in there currently. White pumpkins are on both ends of the mantle, and a long leaf garland to finish it off.

This woven basket from Target was one of my first purchases for the new place. It sat empty for months before I knew exactly what I wanted to place in it. I went with a cozy white blanket to compliment the fireplace, as well as to have available for when I want to just cuddle up on the couch on a rainy night.

I hope you guys enjoyed this decor! It was truly a project I could not wait to start. In the coming months, I’ll show how I transition and maintain the fireplace decor for new seasons.
